So this picture of the blog’s proprietor over here ——> was taken at Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, which was on the teevee all day Thursday because of the hurricane. I was in Elizabeth City, N.C., a couple of years ago, doing a story on the Ron Paul Blimp for Radar magazine. And one day, thanks to nothing going on, I drove out to Kill Devil Hills to see where the Wright Brothers first flew the airplanes. Those are reproductions of the hangars in the distance.
